Je sais que tout ce qui concerne le traitement des tâches est une demande redondante chez nous toutes, personnes à peaux brunes, mates ou noires. Comment traiter nos tâches si disgracieuses dues à des réactions suite à des produits cosmétiques, de l'acné, des piqûres de moustiques etc...Mais pour cela n'hésitez pas  à consulter les précédentes notes sur le blog. Certes, le traitement sur nos tâches noires est long, très long et demande beaucoup de sérieux dans la fréquence et le mode d'utilisation des produits traitants.

Durée des traitements

Tout dépend de l'intensité de la tâche noire ainsi que l'ancienneté de ces tâches. Bien sûr plus ces tâches sont anciennes, plus le traitement sera long. Mais surtout soyez patient et continuez, vous verrez les résultats seront là.

tâches récentes: entre 3 à 6 mois de traitement voir plus si il y a des problèmes de cicatrisation. Gommage+anti-tâche+hydratation selon le type de peau.

tâches anciennes: entre 6 mois et plus d'un an; voir plus si problème de cicatrisation. Gommage+anti-tâche+hydratation selon type de peau.

Prenez des anti-tâche très peu dosés en acide de fruit (AHA, rétinol, vit.A acide) car sachez que beaucoup d'anti-tâche en sont très concentrés. Utilisez donc des anti-tâches n'ayant pas plus de 3% en acide de fruit. De plus ils ne devront pas être utilisé tous les jours par crainte d'une irritation et donc d'une hyperpigmentation. Dès que vous sentez un picotement arrêtez le produit ou espacer l'utilisation, toujours pour éviter un noircissement de la tâche. Notre peau est si sensible et réactive que ces produits sont irritants.

Et notre peau noire, brune ou mate dès qu'elle est irritée va noircir ou faire des tâches dit d'hyperpigmentation.

En pharmacie vous avez des produits assez performants( mais certains coûtent chers) et d'autres doivent être utilisé pas plus de 2 à 3 fois/semaine. Tout anti-tâche s'utilise que sur les tâches, et pour ceux qui possèdent un dosage en AHA qui est un peu trop élevé, surtout pas la journée car ils sont dit photo sensibilisants. Donc si vous partez au soleil évitez de les utiliser.

Sachez qu'il n'y aura quasiment aucun résultat si vous ne faites pas avec assiduité un gommage doux (peu abrasif) 2 à 3 fois/semaine+l'anti-tâche. Surtout n'oubliez pas d'utiliser une crème hydratante adaptée à votre type de peau et de préférence avec un indice de protection solaire (indice UV).

Toutes les peaux noires et métissées ayant des problèmes de tâches doivent utiliser des produits avec indice UV pour éviter que les tâches ne foncent encore plus. Si vous allez au soleil, la protection devient obligatoire.

Bien sûr d'autres produits existent en parfumerie, en magasin afro, en institut et sont pour certains de bonne qualité. Mais pas tous!

Attention à leur formulation trop dosée en acide de fruit ou trop alcoolisée, ce qui au contraire accentuerait les tâches au lieu de les faire disparaître.
